Standard Terms and Conditions

All the goods and services offered and guaranteed by the Company are subject to payment before the flight's departure. For tickets paid by check, the customer will have to await the clearing of the cheque to receive the ticket.

flightdealshub reserves the right to following:

  • To cancel a flight before the departure date, and if this is done, the Company is responsible only to refund the money paid by the Traveler for the ticket.
  • Any expedition, trip, or facility marketed or published by the Company may be amended, altered, differed from or withdrawn. The Company is not responsible for any compensation, additional costs, or consequential losses incurred by the Traveler/Group.
  • No one, except the Group, has the right to incorporate, vary, waive or change any representation, definition or Terms and Conditions set here forth or in the Group Brochure with the Company's written consent.

The Company shall not be accountable to the Traveler/Group in any circumstances.
Any misadventure or similar cause that may result in an accident, death, illness or personal loss, injury, higher cost, delay or consequential harm

However induced, any act or default induced by any air carrier, travel element supplier, or any servant/agent employed by the travel element supplier who may be responsible for the provision of lodging, meals, carriage facility, or the Traveler/Group service. In this case, the phrase "howsoever induced" also refers to any concerned person's negligence.

The Company reserves the right to increase surcharge in the event of currency fluctuation and/or adjustments in the different exchange rate and/or fuel costs before departure. If and when this price rise occurs, they must be paid in full.

The traveler/group is responsible for ensuring that they have valid travel documents, such as a passport, visa, or government ID, and keep all their original documents safe. If any such travel document is expired, rejected,  or is cancelled by the authorities, the traveler/group will be responsible for any consequences and expenditures that may arise. When travelling international stopover flights, a visa or travel authorization can be necessary. It will be the Traveler's/Group's responsibility to read and understand the conditions in advance and bring all the required documentation to board a flight. flightdealshub Travels will also bear no responsibility for the aforementioned matter(s).

The ticket fare does not include the cost of insurance premium. Throughout the tour and back, all tour programmes and tour packages are governed by laws, rules, and regulations. The Company will bear no responsibility for any situation that arises from such laws or as a result of a natural disaster.

Any complaint made by the Traveler (including complaints made on behalf of other travellers in the Group via the Traveler) in connection with or as a result of the tour must be sent in writing the company official email id within 21 days of the tour/travel date. No claim or complaint filed post 21 days will be considered in any circumstances. In case of a group travelling together,  the complaint must be submitted by that one traveler or the group leader only.

The company would not be responsible to any traveller for a refund, reimbursement, or even a demand due to a reduction in the number of tour days or due to the postponement, cancellation, or re-routing of any other scheduled transportation service due to any environmental or any such factors. The rules governing cancellation fees and refunds will apply.

Plan My Trip Group Travels can cancel any travel/service reservation(s) associated with your name, email ID, or account, as well as close any associated Plan My Trip Group Travels accounts if your booking/account shows any indication of fraud, violence, or any other type of suspicious activity.

If you engage in any criminal activity, flightdealshub Travels retains the right to pursue any legal action required, and you will be liable to pay a monetary fine to flightdealshub Travels, which may include civil costs and damages. Please contact flightdealshub Customer Service to challenge the cancellation of a booking/freezing/closure of an account.

You can contact us at our customer service office before your travel day, for your trip security insurance is refundable within ten days of buying it. Please remember, we can render a cancellation only through the internet. 
We accept refunds only in the following cases.

  • Only if the airlines fare rules provide for cancellation and refunds
  • If you are not a “no-show,” as “no show” bookings are not eligible for any waiver from suppliers.
  • When we can secure a waiver from the suppliers to process cancellation and refund requests. 

We are not sure of the number of days this requested refund procedure will take to process. We will handle all refund requests in a logical order. An email notice is sent to you about the receipt of your cancellation request after you submit your cancellation request to our customer service representative. You are not automatically eligible for a refund if you get this notification. This email notification is just an acceptance of your request and will provide you with a tracking number. We will contact and work with the suppliers like airlines, hotels, and car-rental companies to create a waiver based on the airline and other supplier regulations and notify you about the supplier’s decision once we receive your letter. 

In most cases, a tax is levied by all suppliers or manufacturers when you request a refund. Therefore, from the time you generate a request and send it to us until you receive credit on your statement, the entire process could take 60 – 90 days. Apart from the refund penalties imposed by the airlines and other providers, we will also charge a post-ticketing services fee, if applicable. 

Suppose the provider doesn’t process the refund. In that case, we will refund you the post-ticketing service fees associated with your agent-assisted refund order but not the booking fees related to the initial travel reservation or booking.

  • What is a schedule change?

  • Do I need to pay extra for the baggage, as I carrying more than the stipulated?

    Every airline has a different rule for access baggage, and you can contact the airline to enquire about the charges or speak to the Check-in Counter personnel while getting yourself checked.

  • What are modes of payment available on your website?

  • How can I add an additional family member to my existing reservation?

    You can make a fresh booking from our website it is subject to availability. You can also contact our Booking Managers to help you with the same.

  • I have mistyped the spelling for my name. Is it possible to correct it?

    If it's a minor change of character, the airlines may make the necessary changes after comparing it with your official identity card. If it is a major change, you may have to talk to the airlines and get it done or, in certain situations, cancel and book a new ticket.

  • Is it possible that some flights would land at different airports?

    Yes, some cities have multiple airports, and the details about which airport the flight would land at are always mentioned in the tickets, along with the arrival terminal number.

  • Why do I have to switch airports?

    Sometimes you need to change airports when airlines do not fly from the same airports. This switch must be carried out by the passengers at their own expense and will require you to collect your baggage and transfer it to the next airport. Sometimes airlines may help you with this switch.

  • What are the rules for traveling with an infant?

    Airlines consider a child as an infant if its age is between 0 to 24 months. For domestic travel, you need to inform the airlines about the same while booking your tickets if the infant will sit on your lap, as there are no additional charges. However, the airline may recommend you book a seat for the infant and offer you the same at a special discounted price.

    For international travel, a separate ticket is compulsory for an infant, too, even if he or she may travel on your lap. When you make your reservation, follow it with a reservation for the infant. Some airlines have different rules for traveling with an infant. It is advisable to check for them on their website.

  • When you fly Emirates, your ticket fare and cabin class decide your carry-on luggage limit.
  • While the economy class passengers are allowed 1 carry-on bag, the business class and first class passengers are allowed up to 2 carry-on bags.
  • The size of each a carry-on bag cannot be more than 55cm × 38 cm × 20 cm. Note that Emirates count handbags and laptop bags as carry-on luggage.
  • Except Economy Special, all ticket fares include 2 checked baggage allowance.
  • While the checked baggage weight limit for economy class passengers is 23 kg per bag, the business and first class passengers can bring bags of 32 kg.
  • The passengers with Economy Special ticket are allowed only 1 checked bag, weighing not more than 23 kg.

Check-In

The airline provides online check-in services for most locations in the network.

  • You can use web check-in which starts 48 hours before your flight.
  • You can check-in online between 48 hours and 90 minutes before the departure of your flight. You can save a lot of time by printing your boarding pass at home itself or downloading it to your mobile.
  • At the time of check-in, you can also select your favorite seat, choose from dietary meal options, or take advantage of last-minute upgrade option on your Emirates flight booking.

Boarding

Emirates Airline has an untraditional boarding process. Alike any other airline, Emirates allows premium cabin passengers and elite status holders to board first. When it comes to the economy cabin passengers, they are allowed to board the plane based on where they sit on the plane. The airline will board the back-seat passengers first and then those who are suppose to sit at the front. All the flights of Emirates cut boarding 20 minutes prior to departure.
