Brussels Airlines
The official airline of Belgium is called Brussels Airlines. With its hub at Brussels Airport (BRU), the airline serves flights to locations in Europe, Africa, North America, and some regions of Asia. After SN Brussels Airlines (2002–2006) and Sabena (1923–2001), it is the third national airline in Belgian history. With 300 daily flights, the airline provides passenger service, supported by a fleet of 43 aircraft. Among Lufthansa's subsidiaries are Brussels Airlines, Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Eurowings (and subsidiaries), and SWISS (and subsidiaries).

Baggage Allowance
- The airline allows one personal item per passenger. The dimension should not exceed 40 x 30 x 10 cm and must be placed underneath the seat in front of you.
- Economy and Premium Economy Class passengers are allowed one piece of carry-on bag, whereas business class passengers are allowed up to two pieces.
- A carry-on bag cannot weigh more than 8 kg. Similarly, its dimensions cannot be more than 55 x 40 x 23 cm.
- Passengers traveling in economy class are allowed one piece of checked luggage up to 23 kg per person and one piece of carry-on luggage up to 8 kg.
- Passengers traveling in business class are allowed to check two pieces of luggage up to 32 kg each and bring one piece of luggage up to 8 kg.
- Checked luggage cannot be larger than 158 cm (length plus width plus height) for any destination in Europe.
- The weight of each piece of checked luggage is restricted to 23 kg, and the maximum combined dimensions for baggage traveling between Africa and select American, European, and Middle Eastern destinations are 203 cm (length + width + height).
Check- In
You can use the Brussels Airlines app to check in starting one hour before departure and up to 24 hours in advance. You can access your boarding pass offline after it has been created.
The check-in deadline on long-haul flights for economy and premium class passengers is 70 minutes before departure, whereas for business class passengers, it is 60 minutes prior to departure.
Similarly, when traveling on short-haul flights, the check-in deadline for economy class passengers is 60 minutes and for business class passengers is 40 minutes.
